A bit about Inga: Founder of River Tree Yoga, RYT. Yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have had many influences of wonderful teachers and have explored lots of yoga styles including Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga,, and Yin Yoga. I have gleaned what works for me and used that in my practice and that is what I encourage my students to do. By exploring different asanas and listening to your body you will learn to listen to your body - the real teacher. Honor where you are at and let your breath guide you as you dive into your inner world. Who knows what you will discover? I love seeing the evolution of yoga in myself and in others and look forward to sharing the experience of yoga in the beautiful setting of Paya Bay with you. Together we will meditate, move, breathe, stretch, and strengthen our bodies and minds as we soak in the beauty of the tropical nature. This is the most beautiful yoga studio I have been in - nestled amongst the tropical flora and fauna, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The sounds of the birds, waves, and wind will serve as the background music to our daily practices.

A bit about Leith: I am an event producer who discovered Roatan when my husband returned first trip there to kite board and bought property within a week. I was skeptical but after my first visit I understood my husband’s enthusiasm. Roatan is still a fairly undiscovered paradise. Inga and I travelled there together and found Paya Bay Resort charming and the yoga studio truly magical. During our stay we began conjuring this yoga retreat. After 25 year of planning weddings, arts festivals and community events, it is second nature for me to put together a fabulous retreat highlighting the best the island has to offer.
