In Person Classes in the Pond Room

I am teaching two 75 minute classes a week on Thursdays (8:00 am and 5:30 pm) in the Pond Room. 

Please sign up in advance.  You can pay when you sign up, or when you arrive (if you are paying cash, check, or Venmo).

​If possible, please bring your own props:  mat, blanket, blocks, bolster (if you have one). We do have mats, blocks, and blankets in the Pond Room forTreehouse Point Guests or if you don't have any.

Class Rates in the Pond Room

Single Class/Drop in rate:  $20 
Yoga/Sound Meditation Class: $30

If you have to cancel please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you sign up and don't show up you could be charged (unless it's for sickness or bad weather).

Class size is limited to 10 people.
​If you have not been feeling well, or exposed to others who aren't please don't come. Masks are not required, but feel free to wear one.

Private Class in the Pond Room with Inga
Private class: $100.00 - 60 minutes
Semi-Private class (up to 5 students): $130.00 - 75 minutes
Private Small group class (5 to 9 students): $160.00 - 75 minutes.
Private Large group class (10-15 students): $200.00 - 75 minutes

$30/month allows you access to all online classes on the YourHeartLIfe website (there are live classes and recorded classes).
