Start Your Day with Ease and Intention: New Yoga Class at the Snoqualmie Valley Center for Creativity
in North Bend, Washington.

Join me for a Gentle Yoga class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. You can expect gentle stretching, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. All bodies and all levels are welcome.

Classes will be offered 9 - 10:15 am on some Thursdays                                                   
​Payment: $20 per class - Cash or Venmo onlyDrop-ins welcome
No sign-up necessary - just show up!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.

In these times it feels good to connect,  just like the rivers, when we flow together we get stronger. We have a wonderful group of teachers offering their wisdom and practices. Yoga styles vary from meditation to flow and yin to accessible yoga.
