Fall Yoga Retreat in Port Townsend, Wa - November 5 - 7, 2021
Spend a weekend of rest and relaxation soaking in the natural beauty of the Olympic Peninsula. We will practice yoga in the morning and late afternoon in a beautiful studio at Fort Worden State Park. There will be plenty of time to wander the forests, beaches and historic fort structures, get a massage, explore the nearby town of Port Townsend, or simply snuggle in and relax.
Inga Rouches (River Tree Yoga) and Kelley Rush (YourHeartLife) will be your yoga and meditation guides for this weekend of self care. Spend time nourishing your body and soul surrounded by the natural beauty of the Olympic Peninsula. Stay in historic homes or camp in the park all within a short walk to the yoga studio.
The accommodations are in historic homes near the yoga studio, hiking trails and beaches. The houses have full kitchens, living and dining rooms and range in size from two to four bedrooms. You could also make your own arrangements to camp.

Saturday 9:00 - 10:30 am Yoga - Rise and Shine
Saturday 5 - 6:30 pm Yoga and Sound Healing
Saturday 8:00 pm Beach fire or Front Porch Hang
Sunday 8 - 8:30 am Meditation
Sunday 9:30 - 10:30 am Yoga and Closing Circle
