The yoga studio at Paya Bay is amazing. Perched atop a hill among the trees it is completely surrounded by nature. The yoga practices we will offer will be mellow and relaxing - vacation yoga. (for those wanting a bit more we can throw that in occasionally with options for those that don’t want it). Morning classes will be a bit more energizing and evening classes more yin/restorative. There will always be the option to not do yoga. Some folks may decide to skip a class here and there which will always be fine. No judgement there. We will practice for about and hour and a half in the morning and then again in the late afternoon before happy hour. There will be lots of opportunity for you to relax and play on this beautiful property and the yoga and meditation will be designed to help you soak in all of your surroundings. I am sure we will bond as a group, but there will be lots of time to be on your own or just hang with one or two others. The property has lots of little nooks and cranny’s for that. There are three things to know before deciding to come on this retreat: 1) Paya Bay is secluded and laid back. Towns and tourist centers are on the other side of the island 45 minutes away. 2) This yoga retreat is more like a beach vacation with really good yoga twice a day. 3) Our island yoga supports all ages, shapes, and abilities. Like the destination, it will be gentle and relaxing, promoting bliss.
