Cancellation and Transfer Policy for Yoga Retreat
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and flexible policy to accommodate your needs. Please review the details of our cancellation and transfer policy below:
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your participation in the yoga retreat, the following terms apply:
• 30–59 days before the retreat start date: 50% of your payment will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued.
2. Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member at no additional charge. To complete the transfer:
• Notify us of the transfer in writing at least 7 days before the retreat start date.
• Provide the full name, contact information, and any dietary or medical details of the person attending in your place.
3. Exceptions
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
